- Access the Invoice Page:
- Go to Accounting > Invoice to view the list of invoices.

- Search for an Invoice:
- Use the Search field at the top of the page.
- Enter a keyword (DOC Number, Company, or Description) and click the search button or press Enter.
- Invoice Table Information:
- DATE: Invoice issuance date.
- DOC: Document number.
- COMPANY: Company name.
- AMOUNT: Total invoice amount.
- OUTSTANDING: Remaining payment balance.
- SOURCE: Fund source code.
- DESCRIPTION: Transaction notes.
- PROCESSED: Status of the transaction (processed/completed).
- View Invoice Details:
- Click the detail icon (search icon) to view full details, including:
- Status: Invoice number, date, and processing status.
- Company: Company name and total amount billed.
- Billing Address: Billing address (if available).
- Reference: Source and transaction reference codes.
- Allocation: Allocation details.

- Click the detail icon (search icon) to view full details, including:
- Action Buttons:
- Close: Close the detail page and return to the invoice list.
- Print: Print invoice details (ensure the printer is connected).
