- Access the Check-In Page
- Menu: Front Desk > Check In.
- View the list of guests with reservations, room details, and check-in status.
- Main Action Menu
- New FIT: Create a new reservation.
- Assign Room: Assign a room to a guest.
- Un Assign Room: Cancel room assignment.
- Check In: Change reservation status to check-in.
- Cancel Reservation: Cancel a reservation.
- Move Reservation: Move a reservation to another date/room.
- Add/View Message: Add or view guest messages.
- Add/View Remark: Add or view guest notes.
- Managing Reservations
- Use the three-line icon to:
- Edit: Update reservation details.
- Assign/Un Assign Room: Manage room assignments.
- Check In: Check in a guest.
- Cancel/Move Reservation: Cancel or move a reservation.

- Select a guest, click Check In, and update the status to check-in.
