Credit Note #
Accessing Credit Note: #
- Navigate to Accounting > Credit Note in the Anyaman System menu.
- The Credit Note page displays a list of issued credit notes and their statuses.
Search Credit Notes: #
- Use the Search bar at the top to find specific credit notes by entering keywords like DOC Number, Company, or Description.
- Press Enter or click the search button to view results.
- If no search is performed, the message “Please Click Search To Find The Data” will appear.
Table Information: The table lists credit notes with the following details:
- DATE: Issue date of the credit note.
- DOC: Document number (e.g., CN000001).
- COMPANY: Related company or entity (e.g., PT. MAEKAWA MANDIRI INTERNATIONAL).
- AMOUNT: Credit amount (negative value indicating reduction).
- OUTSTANDING: Remaining credit balance.
- SOURCE: Reference code or transaction source.
- DESCRIPTION: Notes or transaction details (e.g., cancellation reasons).
- PROCESSED: Status, such as “CANCELLED” for voided credit notes.
Adding a New Credit Note: #
- Click the purple + Add button in the top-right corner.
- Fill out the form on the new page to create a credit note.
- Save the entry to add it to the system.
Viewing Credit Note Details: #
- Click the orange search icon on the left of a credit note row.
- The detailed view includes:
- Invoice: Document number (e.g., CN000001).
- Doc Date: Issue date (e.g., 04/08/2024).
- Status: Note status, e.g., “Cancelled.”
- Company Information: Name and billing address.
- Reference: Transaction source and description.
- Allocation Details: Breakdown of allocated amounts, including:
- Allocation ID, Date, Trans Type, Doc No, Description, Amount, and Allocated.
Actions in Detail View: #
- Close: Returns to the credit note list.
- Print: Prints the credit note details (ensure your printer is connected).
Debit Note #
Access Debit Notes: #
- Go to Accounting > Debit Note to view or create debit notes.
Search for Debit Notes: #
- Use the Search bar at the top. Enter keywords like DOC Number, Company, or Description.
- Click the search button or press Enter to see results.
- If no search is performed, the message “Please Click Search To Find The Data” will appear.
Create a New Debit Note: #
- Click the purple + Add button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the blank row in the table with the required information.
- Click the purple Save button in the bottom-left to save.
- Click Close to exit without saving.
Table Information:
The table displays details of each debit note:
- DATE: Select the date using the calendar icon.
- DOC: Enter the document number.
- COMPANY: Enter the associated company name.
- AMOUNT: Specify the debit amount.
- OUTSTANDING: Enter the unpaid amount (if applicable).
- SOURCE: Provide the transaction source or reference code.
- DESCRIPTION: Add any relevant notes or transaction details.
- PROCESSED: Automatically updated based on actions taken.
