Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Anyaman, a leading Hotel Management System provider. In this role, you will be crucial in driving sales, building strong relationships with potential clients, and showcasing how our innovative solutions can optimize hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential hotel clients to introduce Anyaman’s Hotel Management System.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, both online and in person, to showcase system features and benefits.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and events.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product and development teams on customer requirements and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Anyaman’s solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, hospitality, or SaaS industries.
- A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
