Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Familiar with software/hardware infrastructure, email setup, PC troubleshooting, and installation.
- Knowledge of PHP-Laravel, NodeJS, and MySQL.
- Ability to create custom report queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, good communication, and able to work under pressure.
Job Description
- Help with client onboarding (account setup, data entry, and other setups).
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with developers and clients to exceed service expectations.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales and end-user training.
- Install, configure, and update systems and software.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory (hardware and software).
